


In time for Easter, Messiah hits the Academy of Music in Philadelphia, PA Ended 17 Mar 2012.
Messiah opens with a full choir on stage in a skeletal rendering of a church. With sun streaming through the bare windows, dancers take the stage in a vivid, dramatic interpretation of the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus.
The ballet portrays the story of Christ without a relgious edge, so even the most secular can enjoy the exquisite dancing.
