Refreshments
A well stocked candy counter with snacks and beverages, and a full-service bar are available for your enjoyment. There are no restrictions to taking food or beverages into the auditorium. To minimize lobby noise during performances, these sometimes close during actual performance time.
We do not allow outside food or beverages in the building.
Smoking
There is no smoking allowed in public buildings in Abington Township. Smokers usually are found in front of the building before shows and during intermissions. Please hold onto your ticket stub if you leave the building.
Photography & Audio Recording
Just about all contracts with artists demand we prohibit the audience from taking photographs or video recordings as well as audio recordings. Please cooperate by leaving this equipment in your car.
ATM
The closest ATM's are at Abington Savings Bank on the same block as the Theatre, at the 7-Eleven at Keswick & Easton Rds.
Pay Phone
There is a Verizon public phone directly in front of the Theatre.
Handicapped Facilities
The Keswick is totally accessible to handicapped individuals, as all entrances and seating are on one level. A handicapped lavatory is located in the rear of the main lobby. Please advise the box office when you purchase tickets if anyone in your party requires special seating arrangements due to visual, auditory or physical impairment.
Emergencies During Shows
About an hour before a show the box office gets extremely busy and may not answer the phone in person and callers will get voice mail. The box office closes after the intermission, if there is one, and therefore no one may be available to answer the phone in person. The security phone number is 215-576-6358, but may or may not be answered during a show for reasons stated above.
It is not possible to page or make announcements during a show or anywhere in the building. If you need to be contacted for a life or death emergency, the box office would need to have an usher or house manager find you in the theatre and must have row and seat location to do so.
In extreme emergencies, contact the Abington Township police department at 215-885-4450 who will dispatch an officer to go to the Theatre and inform us of the situation.
Lost & Found
The Keswick is not responsible for articles lost or stolen. There is no coat or umbrella check service available at the present time. Please turn in any found items to any usher, house manager or at the box office. Items found by other patrons or during cleaning are kept for 30 days. Articles of clothing are donated to various agencies and eye glasses are donated to the Lions. Wallets, purses, cell phones and jewelry will be returned to proper owners who provide accurate descriptions and identification. Please claim your articles between 10AM-5PM weekdays.
