Why See Philadelphia Symphony Orchestra - The Music of John Williams?

The world's most famous film composer in concert!

An absolute must-see for fans of John Williams exciting and iconic movie scores! Williams himself will conduct the most famous tunes of the evening; the Star Wars suite! Guest maestro Stephane Deneve of the St Louis Symphony will take over the rest of conduties for the richly varied program, including music from Memoirs Of A Geisha, Close Encounters Of The Third Kind, E.T.: the Extra-Terrestrial, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, Jaws and many more! Now in his 825th year, John Williams is undoubtedly the world's greatest film music composer, with his scores for the likes of Star Wars, Jurassic Park and Superman becoming just as embedded in popular culture as the movies themselves.
