5.0 star rating Brian Nelson from Wellington, New Zealand

I have long been a fan of TMBG, and I last saw them live in Auckland, New Zealand over 25 years ago. At that time I think Flood had just been released, and the two Johns were playing to backing tracks. That show was brilliant, as was this one, especially with a full live band. But don’t trust my opinion, trust my wife’s. She is not a particular fan, and had some tourist fatigue after spending ten days in NY. I had to drag her out of the apartment for this one, and she loved it. My only criticism was that you couldn’t hear the words in the mix. It didn’t matter to me, knowing most of the material, but it would have been nice for my wife to hear some of their unique wit. Come back to New Zealand guys!
