The glamorous indie rock & rollers headline
Philadelphia's 104.5 radio station has been playing the best in alternative rock for decade now, and to celebrate their anniversary they're throwing two huge birthday bash concerts, one in May and this one in June.
Headlining this stacked bill are Las Vegas' finest The Killers. Lead by the inimitable Brandon Flowers, The Killers emerged in the early 2000s with a slick update of New Wave. Their early singles such as 'Somebody Told Me' and 'All These Things That I've Done' have gone down as indie classics, but the band have evolved their sound since then, taking in everything from heartland rock to synthy euro-pop. Also on the bill are Foster the People ('Pumped Up Kicks') and Jack Antonoff's Bleachers ('I Want to Get Better).
