In a special concert tailored to children, Tristan Rais-Sherman conducts this masterpiece with David Kim showcasing the wonders of the violin.
Vivaldi's four connected violin concerti take you on a journey that celebrates and evokes the best of the seasons. Textured and passionate, adventure through the chattering birds of spring as they soar over flower-strewn meadows full of newborn lambs, the gathering tremors of a thunderous summer storm that lead to a joyous dance of a fall harvest and end in the icy snows of a chilly winter.
