Terrible
I have been to alot of childrens plays through the years this was by far the worst. The singing was amazing, the costumes were terrible the acting was ok, the crow was the best The story line was way to dark & not for younger kids
Confusing and not entertaining
The picture used for promoting The Snow Queen was misleading. This story was dark and confusing and not for Children’s Theater. Very disappointed. Singing and acting was good. Story was not.
Awful
I have been going to the childrens plays for 3 decades and this was the worst one I have ever seen. Play was hard to follow and not very entertaining at all. Did not seem like Marriott’s usual standards, had a very amateur feel to it. The worst was the costumes or should I say lack of costumes. They were beyond terrible and what there was looked sloppy, cheap and as if no thought went into them at all. A child could have done a better job designing these. Overall a big disappointment and a waste of my time and money. Gloria Z
Lincolnshire Snow Queen
The singing and acting was phenomenal. The stage and modern spin on a classic fairy tale was extremely disappointing. This was a play that had an average age of 5 year-olds in attendance with a message portrayed for pre-teens. The costumes were lacking and the stage set was non-existent. The theme was dark & the message was lost. Very sad adaptation. I’ve been going to children’s plays at this theater for 25 years, I don’t think I’ll be back with my grandchildren ever.

Voices were amazing! However, this is a low budget performance: costumes appeared old and worn, too small for the females, grandma needs to invest in a new pair of slacks- seeing that the seat of her slacks are worn out. Stage props were terrible. The snow queen costume was embarrassing. Nice theatre!
