A Touching Musical with an Unexpected Twist

Adapted from O. Henry's captivating short story, The Gifts of the Magi is an uplifting musical that demonstrates how love can overcome all tribulations, especially during the magical holiday season. It focuses on couple Della and Jim who want to gift each other special presents during the holiday season but find themselves strapped for cash. Miraculously, the couple end up finding the ideal present for each other, however, like any O. Henry story, there's a twist that no one sees coming!

This uplifting tale comes to Philadelphia's Walnut Street Theatre stage this December. Music and lyrics are by Randy Courts and it's written by award-winning playwright Mark St. Germain.
