The eccentric and morbidly hilarious Addams Family musical features a brand new story, with a book written by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice, and music and lyrics by Andrew Lippa. After the Tony-nominated production had its premiere in Chicago in 2009, its success took it to Broadway and then on to the international stage. What's It About?
A shock rocks the Addams family as Wednesday brings home her new boyfriend, the entirely normal Lucas, and his family to the Addams family dinner. How will the creepy and kooky clan take it as they get trapped by a mysterious storm? Truth serums, undead relatives and chaos ensue as both families struggle to come to terms with the new change in their lives, and the underlying issues that resurface.
