ROD STEWART/CYNDI LAUPER BB&T 7/12/17
Saw this last night. Both artist were in top form. Cyndi opened and gave 1 hour of energized music that the crowd danced to. She looked hot and reflective of her years.
Rod Stewart came out at 9 and just totally blew us away with hit after hit until 1045. He covered every hit from the Faces, solo work up to and including his last studio album. Rod looked great and was quite the showman. He had Cyndi come out on song #2 and it was awesome. This tour should not be missed for any fan of his, or for any music lover...

HIS SONG FOREVER YOUNG SAYS IT ALL!
Great show by both, I will have to say that Sir Rod not only performed outstanding, but has also put together a fantastic band playing multiple instruments. The dancers and back vocals were also a class act. As an avid concert goer, This marked my 150th concert and I can't think of no better way to celebrate. Loved the tributes to Sen. McCain and the Queen Aretha Franklin. Keep on ROCKIN!!

awesome! Super fun show! Loved it!

ALWAYS AMAZING
Rod Stewart is a masterful artist and performer. He never disappoints. Would love for him to perform "Sitting on the Dock of the Bay" at a show!
Cyndi Lauper is a doll and also a great performer!!!
If they come to your city, you must experience!

LOTS OF MEMORIES
Cindy was a pleasant surprise. Very strong voice. Very personable. My wife especially
loved her. Now Rod, well it was a treat to finally get to see and hear him. So many of
his songs can be related to milestones in my past.He definitely had issues keeping
going and had to take several breaks but I know I couldn't do what he does and I'm
15 years his junior. Such a great show singing along. His band especially the female
singers were very talented. Along with great voices they played many instruments.
E.g. Harp, violin, Mandolin. There were two teenage girls with their mom ahead of us
and they were loving the concert. Too bad we have to get old. regarding the
Budweiser stage venue; it is unfortunate some had drunks around them but that
should not take away from the venue or the performers You can get assholes
anywhere. Just get security to intervene. That's what they are there for.
Lastly, and more importantly a spectacular night, super venue and stupendous
performers!!!

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT ... LOVED SIR ROD & CYNDI!
Great show! Five stars for Sir Rod Stewart and Cyndi Lauper performances who still
have it in spades! Their energy was electric and kept us on our feet for most of the
concert. Both are consummate professionals with amazing voices. Would definitely
see them in concert anytime. Well worth the price of the tickets.
However, too many drunks...will not see another show at the Budweiser Stage.
Police had to intervene at some point with a very drunk man who harassed other
concert goers, was threatening and yelled non-stop really loud throughout the
concert.

AWESOMELY
Great show. I love love cyndi Lauper
She's a class act. And gave 110 %. Rod Stewart. Wow. Got my money's worth. I wanted a selfie with miss Lauper š maybe next timeš¤

ROD STEWART WITH CYNDI LAUPER: FANTASTIC SHOW!
We've been going to Rod Stewart concerts since the late '80s and this was
one of the best! What set it apart was Rod's final encore, "Sailing". I've been
hoping to hear him sing that song for decades and when he finally did, it
moved me to tears. Cyndi Lauper is a powerhouse. Her set was thoroughly
enjoyable, especially her penchant for wandering into the audience at regular
intervals. Loved the duet she did wtih Rod as well! ("It Takes Two".)

ROD AND CINDY
Great show! Both proved that they are still
great performers.

WONDERFUL SHOW
This was a LOT of bang for your buck. We splurged on great floor
seats as I've never seen Rod in person. As he said when he opened
- " ... you will NOT be disappointed". Both he and Cyndi gave each
song their all. Cyndi opened for an hour and Rod was on for 90
min. His professionally, high-end set and the band members were
nothing short of fabulous. The entire crowd didn't sit down for the
first 45 minutes - until he told us to sit (please) while he was seated
with his back up ladies for a few quieter songs. I left feeling like we
received more than our money's worth. This guy just keeps
swinging for the fences - no matter his age.

ROD STEWART

ROD STEWART BACK TO IMPRESS!!!
I wrote a review a couple days ago? Did not see it posted, why??
Valerie Griffin from Los Angeles, California
STEWART AND LAUPER DELIVERED!
My 92-year old mother, who I treated to this concert, has always been fond of
Stewart's music and I, Lauper (although I greatly enjoyed his early "Faces" years and
early albums ("Ooh La La" one of my favs) Lauper STILL has a very strong voice and
presence - as does Stewart. Stewart's backup band was well worth the price of
admission. Ushers were wonderful to help me with my mom as she uses a walker
and cane and escorted her in a wheelchair to our seats. The Hollywood Bowl could
use better disabled access areas but overall very helpful. We sat in E section but
beware - a few of the seats to the left of certain rows ARE obstructed views. WHY
tickets are continued to be sold is to me, puzzling at best - not considerate and
seems rather greedy to sell all tickets no matter - at worse. Carefully review your
seating choice prior to deciding.

ROD STEWART BACK TO IMPRESS!!!
Rod was great Monday, June 25, 2018!! He enjoyed the concert as much as WE did! He's
a man with class! A sight for sore eyes!! Everyone was standing, dancing and cheering
him on... Voice was exceptional, songs perfect choices. Just wish we had closer seats.
My sister and I see him every chance we can. Vegas this year was no exception for his
great showmanship. What a guy, HE DOES HAVE ALL THE LUCK!!! He made everyone
happy!

ROD STEWART AT HOLLYWOOD BOWL MONDAY 6/25
Iām 54 and grew up with Rod Stewart...probably been
to at least 10 concerts. Iād have to say that this one
was one of my favorites!!! Cyndi Lauper looked and
sound e Amazing and Rid is just timeless!!! He was
relaxed and genuinely happy which carried over into
his performance and overall audience interaction. I
think he sounded the best heās ever been and oh my
gosh....heās the hottest 74 yo man Iāve ever seen!!
When he started kicking the soccer balls I was so
happy because he done that at every single concert
well worth every penny

ROD STEWART & CINDY LAUPER AUG 10 BUDWEISER STAGE TORONTO
I give this high marks. Great tunes and audience interaction. I know people wanted them to come back out after Sailing encore but we could see the roadies already getting to work back stage so we knew a second encore wasn't going to happen. Still we were not disappointed in this show at all
I gave it 4 stars
Lisa Hensley from Bloomington, IN
GREAT SHOW! BUT DISAPPOINTED NO "HOT LEGS"
I saw Rod when I was 25, and he was one of the best concerts I have been to, and I
am a concert goer. I absolutely love the Yum Yum Center, and have seen several
shows there. Rod was wonderful, but the sound or microphone was having some
issues early on. You couldn't hardly hear him, and couldn't understand the words,
and we were down close. It seemed to work out the issues a few songs in. I was very
very disappointed along with many others that he didn't sing "Hot Legs" which was
always a staple!! There were a couple songs I am not sure why he sung, and were
not of his greater hits. Cyndi Lauper was absolutely wonderful, and feisty as ever.
Great show, great time!!
Annette from Los Angeles, California
AMAZING CONCERT!
I loved it. Overall great concert. Cindy and Rod both
gave an amazing concert. I gave it 4 stars because
Rod didn't sing Hot Legs. I was also disappointed with
the crowd for just getting up and walking out. They
should have sat down and yelled Encore till he came
back out. No, everybody, just got up and left. I was
like what's wrong with you people he left out a major
song!
Oh well overall awesome concert
Pat from Toronto, Ontario
GREAT CONCERT, NOT SURE ABOUT THE VENUE.
Cyndi was amazing. Awesome strong voice, even while she was walking through the audience.
A definite crowd pleaser.
Rod was Rod....a great entertainer, although sometimes his voice lacked strength and he
seemed to rely on the crowd to sing.
Didnāt like the venue...so many drunk people with booze being peddled constantly. That made
people noisy and boisterous and also made it hard to enjoy the concert. We actually left early
as the shouting women behind us wouldnāt shut up, even while he was singing!! Not going to
the Budweiser Stage again!,,
MisterCool from Indianapolis, Indiana
VERY DISAPPOINTING
Didnāt sing ā You wear it Wellā, didnāt āāMandolin
Windā, didnāt sing āEvery Pic tells a storyā and
on and on, but played a Chuck Berry tribute??
Iāve seen Chuck Berry, I came to hear Rod
Stewart!! Has the crowd do much of his
singing, , and played just one encore!
