Since the early 80s, English folk singer and political activist Billy Bragg has crafted a career around protest, with his songs and shows focussed on calling out injustices and inspiring audiences to bring about change. Inspired by punk rock peers like The Clash and Elvis Costello and of course the American folk movement of the 1960s, Bragg has become one of his native country's loudest and most respected artists, continuing to rally against The Man with an undimmed spirit.

Richard Thompson OBE is perhaps best known as a founding member of iconic British folk rock outfit Fairport Convention, but still continues to write and perform under his own steam. Described as a classic rock triple threat, Thompson's celebrated solo career has only blossomed thanks to his virtuosic guitar skills, strong and insightful lyrics and mellifluous vocal style. Whose Live Anyway (originally called A Night of Improv) first appeared in 1999 when it sold out two shows in under three hours to very enthusiastic crowds in Vancouver. Following its initial success, Whose Line Executive Producer and star Ryan Stiles expanded the number of appearances of the show to include many major cities in the Western USA and Canada where it has remained a constant sell-out.
