The weather September 22 in Detroit was horrible (wind & rain) for an outdoor concert! Despite this fact Primus & special guest The Sword put on a great show! A Tribute to Kings tour featured a set of Primus originals which were fantastic & A Farewell To Kings album by Rush. A big screen of synchronized video magic played with the music delivering the complete experience! Though Primus is not Rush - they did a very good rendition of the album which all in attendance thoroughly enjoyed. I for one (A Primus concert virgin) - can't wait for my next Primus Show!

Very good show, especially the Rush tribute. Would have been nice to see the Primus faces, or even their instruments…but no spot lights were used. Why? Wind? No help? Deliberate? Also, Freedom Hill…install some wind barriers. We were under the middle of the Pavilion and still got drenched
