My only criticism is that Josh Groban did not sing “The Prayer” and that he chatted a bit too
much. To take a star away however, would be overly critical. Josh Groban’s voice was as strong
and beautiful as expected. The playlist included favorites as well as some newer songs. Being
an Idina Manzel fan made this concert even more enjoyable. The individual musicians , the
orchestra and chorus members were all so talented. The volume in MSG was loud but I
preferred that rather than listening to fans singing over the performers. I hope I have the
opportunity to see Josh Groban again.

SISTER'S WATCHING
I took my sister to this concert and we are seniors. I haven't been to one in many
years and this was just wonderful. It is so nice to see a concert that brings together
people of different ages. Mr. Groban and Ms. Menzel where both wonderful. She
was a lovely great first act and loved her strong beautiful voice. Mr. Groban was
wonderful. He is
so talented with his singing, playing the piano and engaging the audience. I was so
happy to see the great pictures of young people working in the arts with the
encouragement of his charity. Keep doing wonderful things Mr. Groban and Ms.
Menzel! Thanks for a lovely concert!

THE FORUM - JOSH AND IDINA
I was not a fan of Josh Groban before his show at the Forum, but my wife is, and it
was on her bucket list of "things to do before she dies," (we are in our early 40s, so
hopefully that is a long time off). I was completely blown away by the show. Yes, it
was louder than I expected, maybe a bit loud for comfort at times, but wow, it was
otherwise breathtaking. Idina is a great singer, funny, has quite a presence. Josh
even more so. Without a lot of showy lights, fog, and effects, the focus was on the
sound, and the singing, and Groban is, in my opinion, technically flawless in his
articulation and vocal production. I came away a fan, and I think thats a sign of an
awesome production. I only wish we could go to more shows on his tour, it was
money well spent!! Or, I wish he would just simply come to Canada!!

OCT 27TH AT THE FORUM
Dear Josh, we look forward to your concert on
10/27. We love your voice. Could you please
sing as many as you possibly can your old-time
most popular top hits and movie sound-track
songs? Wonderful songs like Broken Vow,
Remember, Un Giorno Per Noi, Vincent,
Alejate, To Where You Are, canto Alla Vita, Mi
Mancherai etc. Thanks so much!

JOSH GROBAN CONCERT
First time going to a Josh Groban concert. Went with
my wife and daughter. Manzel was good but felt her
prescient was too long. Thirty minutes would have
sufficed.not an hour. Her band did play to loud as
previously remarked. By the time Josh Groban came
on at 9:30 l was somewhat worn out. Lastly, I also
concur with previous comment that he should of
song more of his notable songs.

JOSH GROBAN AND INDIANA MENZEL
Great concert! Indina’s volume could
have been cranked down 20%!
The highlight for us was when Josh
walked across the arena floor, hand
slapping concert goers, then
performing on a small stage at our
end of the arena, section 115, row 30,
seats 1,2. Josh gives a great live
performance and has a terrific sense
of humor! His performance brought
back memories of Neil Diamond in
the 80’s(we saw him 4 times!!!! We
would highly recommend Josh’s
concerts to everyone age 16 and up!
Great nearby restaurant 1331 Lamar,
Massas’ South Coast Grill, super food!

GROBAN/MANZEL
Great concert . Both performers related well to
the audience and sang a few of their notable
hits. Manzel’s band was very loud and
sometimes drowned out her beautiful voice.
Groban’s band much better matched his voice
which allowed you to hear more clearly. Maybe
5th row was too close but but I think Manzel
could have benefited from a bit Lower volume
on the instruments that would have allowed us
to better appreciate her beautiful voice. .

DITCH IDINA
We were not fans of Menzel at all. It
was very painful to listen to her for a
whole hour and a half. Often times
not even being able to make out her
words. Was she drunk? We and some
others felt very disappointed that Josh
had her on for so long. We felt we
paid to see him at his prices but were
stuck with her. When Josh finally
came on he was (as always)
spectacular! Please Josh find
someone that compliments you not
ruins the show.
Meghan from Boston, Massachusetts
DISAPPOINTED
I understand the Tour was to promote his new
album, but never should have been his entire
set list! Took until the encore (@ 11:00!) to hear
three of his more popular favorites.
Idina was show-stopping but played too long.
Groban went on way too late (9:30). They need
to understand that they attract an “older”
audience.
They need to:
- Start @ 7:30, at least!
- Cut Idina by 15 mins but incorporate her
more w/Josh (hello, The Prayer?!)
- Start Groban @ 8:30
- Cut out a lot of the “chatter”, esp political
- Decrease selectons from new album & add in
the more traditional/popular ones.
Glad I saw the concert, but don’t think I’ll
attend another one.
Jeff from Detroit, Michigan
JOSH WAS GREAT BUT BOTH PERFORMERS WERE TOO LOUD
Due to the high volume at least 25% too high it
was hard to enjoy the show. Josh’s
performance was better as Idinas vocals were
ear piercing at times.

A FOUL PERFORMANCE FROM JOSH GROBAN WITH IDINA MENZEL
Perhaps the "Bridges" tour is intended for fans to bridge the gap between
themselves and Josh Groban.
While I am far from a prude, I was appalled when Josh Groban with Idina Menzel
repeatedly used profanity in their lackluster concert at Little Ceaser's arena on
November 7th.
I used to be a Josh Groban fan; although, I have crossed over the "bridge" and no
longer see the appeal.
Former Fan from Chicago, Illinois
BAD
Paid top dollar to sit in front while a number of songs, including a duet
with Idina Menzel and ‘Bring Him Home ‘, were performed in the back!
Extremely disappointed.

JOSH GROBAN AND IDINA
Way too loud. So loud you could not understand the
singers. We left after waiting for Groban for over an
hour and a half. Sad because we really like his music.
I know it was not the venue as Andrea's Bocelli also at
United Center was wonderful.
